Datsyuk to return as Red Wings meet Panthers

The Detroit Red Wings will have Pavel Datsyuk back in their line-up when they take on the Florida Panthers on Thursday night in Sunrise, Florida.

The 35-year-old has missed the last 14 games with a knee injury.

In 35 games this season, Datsyuk has 15 goals and 17 assists for a Red Wings team currently occuping the final Eastern Conference wild card playoff spot.

Datsyuk will compete for Russia later this month in the Sochi Olympics.
