It's more bad news for Pavel Datsyuk and the Detroit Red Wings.
Red Wings general manager Ken Holland announced the team is shutting down the veteran centre for three weeks as he continues to struggle with a knee injury.
Datsyuk has been battling the injury since January and missed 14 games after the Winter Classic. He did play for Russia in the Olympics.
In 39 games, the 35-year-old veteran has 15 goals and 33 points.
