Days after the Winnipeg Jets saw their playoff hopes dashed, Dustin Byfuglien's season is over.

Byfuglien suffered a torn muscle in his upper body in Saturday's win over the Toronto Maple Leafs and will miss the team's final three regular season games.

The Jets recalled forward Carl Klingberg from the St. John's IceCaps on Monday.

In 78 games this season, Byfuglien scored 20 goals and added 36 assists for 56 points to rank third in scoring on the team.
