Blues sign F Murray to one-year, two-way contract

The St. Louis Blues signed forward Andrew Murray to a one-year, two-way contract on Friday.
Murray dressed in 39 games for the San Jose Sharks last season recording four points and four penalty minutes while also appearing in 10 games for their American Hockey League affiliate, Worcester Sharks, tallying three points. 

Overall, the 30-year-old forward has appeared in five NHL seasons totaling 40 points and 36 penalty minutes in 220 games between San Jose and the Columbus Blue Jackets.

The Selkirk, Manitoba native was originally drafted by Columbus in the eighth round, 242nd overall, of the 2001 Entry Draft.
