Taylor Hall has been given a clean bill of health and is set to report to the Oklahoma City Barons on Tuesday.

He will be on a two-week conditioning stint with the Barons before he gets into game action.

The winger, who turns 21 next month, has been recovering from a shoulder injury that caused him to miss the final 11 games of the season last year with Edmonton.

He will head to the American Hockey League to join fellow Oiler teammates Ryan Nugent-Hopkins and Jordan Eberle.

Like Nugent-Hopkins, this will be Hall's first taste of the AHL. Both players were drafted first overall and jumped directly to the National Hockey League.
