Another key NHL restricted free agent has signed before the season starts on Saturday.

Florida Panthers defenceman Dmitry Kulikov signed a two-year, $5 million deal with the club on Friday.

Last season, the 22-year-old played in 58 games with the Panthers, recording four goals and 24 assists.  Kulikov spent the lockout playing with Lokomotiv Yaroslavl of the KHL.
