Winnipeg Jets defenceman Tobias Enstrom suffered a minor injury as a result of a reported robbery in his native Sweden.

According to Reuters, a witness saw Enstrom withdraw money from a bank machine and was found on the ground minutes later.

The report indicates three men have been taken into custody.

"We've spoken to Toby. He has a cut over his eye, that's all," a Jets spokesperson told TSN Radio 1290 in Winnipeg.

Last season, Enstrom scored four goals and added 11 assists for 15 points in 22 games.

He missed 19 games with a shoulder injury and the last seven games of the regular season with a back injury.
