The Los Angeles Kings and right winger Trevor Lewis have avoided salary arbitration.

On Tuesday, the two sides agreed to a one-year, $1.325M contract.

Last season, the 26-year-old scored five goals and added nine assists while playing in all 48 games.

The Kings drafted Lewis in the first round (17th overall) of the 2006 NHL Draft.
