Coyotes invite Latendresse and Brule to training camp

The Phoenix Coyotes have invited free agent forwards Gilbert Brule and Guillaume Latendresse to training camp, according to assistant general manager Brad Treliving.

Latendresse, 26, had six goals and 10 points in 27 games with the Ottawa Senators last season.

He was drafted 45thg overall by the Montreal Canadiens in 2005 and was traded to the Minnesota Wild in 2009.

Brule, taken sixth overall in the 2005 draft, has played 296 career NHL games with Phoenix, Edmonton and Columbus, tallying 43 goals and 95 points.
