Montreal Canadiens forward Rene Bourque has been cleared to return to action and returned to the ice for practice on Tuesday.

But Bourque, who has missed three games with a lower-body injury, won't be in the lineup when the Habs travel to Buffalo to take on the Sabres on Wednesday.

Canadiens head coach Michel Therrien added that Carey Price should get the start in goal against the Sabres and that Peter Budaj will play in one of their upcoming two games in two nights - on Friday against Washington or Saturday at home against Toronto.
