The Winnipeg Jets made qualifying offers to six players on Monday, including John Albert, Ben Chiarot, Patrice Cormier, Michael Hutchinson, Carl Klingberg and Eric O'Dell.
The team let Keaton Ellerby, James Wright and Matt Halischuk become unrestricted free agents after declining to make them qualifying offers.

Halischuk, 26, had five goals and five assists in 46 games for Winnipeg last season. He missed 28 games with a forearm injury.
Wright, 24, had two assists in 59 games with the Jets. He also experienced injury troubles, missing the last 20 games of the year with a sprained ankle.
Also on Tuesday, the Jets signed Adam Pardy and Chris Thorburn to new contracts.
