BELLEVILLE, Ont. - The Belleville Bulls are one loss away from becoming extinct.

Joseph Blandisi scored 1:34 into overtime as the Barrie Colts edged the Bulls 2-1 on Wednesday in Ontario Hockey League playoff action.

Barrie now holds a 3-0 lead in its best-of-seven first-round matchup and can wrap up the series when Belleville hosts Game 4 on Thursday. The Bulls, who have been in Belleville since 1981, were sold earlier in the season and will be moved to Hamilton, Ont. for the 2015-16 season. They will be renamed the Bulldogs.

Garrett Hooey also scored for the Colts, who got a 42-save performance from goaltender Mackenzie Blackwood.

Jordan Subban scored for the Bulls as Charlie Graham turned aside 26-of-28 shots in a losing cause.

Barrie went 0 for 5 on the power play while Belleville converted once on nine chances with the man advantage.

ICEDOGS 4 67's 3 (OT)

ST. CATHARINES, Ont. — Brendan Perlini scored 6:03 into the extra period as Niagara slipped past Ottawa in Game 4 to tie its first-round series 2-2.

Vince Dunn, Josh Ho-Sang and Graham Knott also found the back of the net for the IceDogs while Brandon Hope made 21 saves for the win.

Brendan Bell, Evan de Haan and Travis Konency supplied the scoring for the 67's. Liam Herbst stopped 26-of-30 shots in defeat.

Game 5 goes Friday in Ottawa.

STORM 3 ATTACK 2 (OT)

OWEN SOUND, Ont. — Givani Smith scored 5:24 into overtime and Justin Nichols kicked out 48 shots as Guelph pushed the Attack one game away from elimination with a Game 4 victory.

Garrett McFadden and Jason Dickinson also scored for the Storm, who lead the first-round matchup 3-1.

Owen Sound got goals from Petrus Palmu and Daniel Milne. Jack Flinn turned away 34-of-37 shots in a losing cause.

Guelph can wrap up the series when it hosts Game 5 on Saturday.
