ERIE, Pa. — Alex DeBrincat continued his torrid scoring pace on Saturday night with two goals and two assists as the Erie Otters routed the defending Memorial Cup champion London Knights 7-1 in Ontario Hockey League action.

Since returning from the Chicago Blackhawks' training camp, the 18-year-old DeBrincat has eight goals and seven assists in six games.

Kyle Pettit also struck twice with Jordan Sambrook, Carson Edwardson and Ivan Lodnia rounding out the attack for Erie (6-3-0). Taylor Raddysh tacked on four helpers.

Max Jones replied for the Knights (4-2-2).

Troy Timpano made 19 saves for the win in net. Tyler Parsons started for London but was pulled after turning away 18-of-23 shots in 42:56. Tyler Johnson went the rest of the way and stopped 10 shots.

The Otters were 2 for 5 on the power play, with the Knights failing to score on their lone opportunity with the man advantage.

OTTAWA — Brett McKenzie scored the winner late in the third period as North Bay rallied past the 67's.

Brett Hargrave tied the game 1-1 at 17:26 of the third on the power play for the Battalion (4-4-0). Brent Moran made 34 saves.

Patrick White opened the scoring for Ottawa (3-5-1), which got 29 saves from Leo Lazarev.

FLINT, Mich. — Anthony Stefano scored twice and Christian Propp made 36 saves as Barrie toppled the Firebirds.

Lucas Chiodo, Jason Willms and Adrian Carbonara also chipped in for the Colts (4-5-1).

Ty Dellandrea had two goals and an assist for Flint (5-4-1), with Nicholas Caamano adding the other. Garrett Forrest kicked out 29 shots.

HAMILTON — MacKenzie Entwistle had a goal and two assists as the Bulldogs doubled up Sudbury.

Michael Cramarossa, Will Bitten and Matthew Strome supplied the rest of the offence for Hamilton (7-2-0). Kaden Fulcher made 35 saves.

Michael Pezzetta and Dmitry Sokolov scored for the Wolves (5-3-1), who got 25 stops from Zack Bowman.

ST. CATHARINES, Ont. — Domenic Commisso's power-play goal in the second period was the winner as Oshawa slipped past the IceDogs.

Mitchell Vande Sompel had the other for the Generals (5-4-0) and Kyle Keyser turned aside 28 shots.

Matthew Philip responded with a goal on the man advantage for Niagara (3-6-0). Stephen Dhillon made 30 saves.

Oshawa's Joe Manchurek was ejected in the third period after a major penalty for cross checking.

SAGINAW, Mich. — Nathan Bastian scored the winner 25 seconds into overtime as Mississauga topped the Spirit.

Owen Tippett struck twice in regulation for the Steelheads (4-5-0). Jacob Ingham made 23 saves for the win in relief of Matthew Mancina, who turned away 10-of-11 shots in 10:32.

Brady Gilmour and Damien Giroux had goals for Saginaw (1-6-2), with Evan Cormier making 39 saves.

OWEN SOUND, Ont. — Petrus Palmu and Kevin Hancock both scored two goals and added an assist as the Attack beat Kitchener.

Maksim Sushko rounded out the attack and Michael McNiven made 21 saves for Owen Sound (5-4-0).

Adam Mascherin had a goal and two assists, with Mason Kohn and Dylan Di Perna adding the others for the Rangers (5-2-1). Jeremy Bracco tacked on three helpers and Chris McGonigle stopped 51 shots.
