KITCHENER, Ont. - Matt Rupert scored the tying goal in the third period, then added the shootout winner as the London Knights came back from a three-goal deficit to edge the Kitchener Rangers 4-3 in Ontario Hockey League action on Tuesday.

Owen MacDonald scored in the second period for London (34-20-3), and Mitchell Marner and Rupert added third-period goals. Max Domi chipped in with two assists as the Knights earned their fourth straight win.

Ryan MacInnis scored two power-play goals for the Rangers (27-20-9) and Connor Bunnaman rounded out the attack.

Michael Giugovaz started in net for the Knights, but was pulled after giving up three goals on 10 shots in the first 20 minutes of action. Tyler Parsons made 25 saves through regulation and overtime and stopped all three skaters he faced in the shootout.

Kitchener's Jake Patterson turned aside 36 shots through 65 minutes and 2 of 3 in the tiebreaker.

London failed to score on two power-play opportunities. The Rangers were 2 for 3 with the man advantage.
