OHL reviewing prospect Tkachuk's major

London Knights forward and draft prospect Matthew Tkachuk could be facing a minimum two-game suspension.

The OHL is reviewing a five-minute major handed to the winger for slew-footing in Wednesday's 4-1 victory over the Erie Otters.

With less than a minute remaining in the second period, Tkachuk was called for the major on defenceman Travis Dermott.

The 18-year-old Tkachuk finished the game with an assist on Chris Martenet's goal.
