SAULT STE MARIE, Ont. - Nick Ritchie scored four times and Justin Bailey added three more goals as the Sault Ste. Marie Greyhounds toppled the visiting Saginaw Spirit 12-5 on Wednesday in Ontario Hockey League action.

Anthony DeAngelo and Michael Bunting each had a goal and three assists for the Greyhounds (30-9-2), who had a total of 12 players record a multi-point game.

Hayden Verbeek added a pair of goals for Sault Ste. Marie while Sergey Tolchinsky tacked on a goal and an assist.

Tye Felhaber scored twice for the Spirit (18-20-2), who have dropped three straight games, and Dylan Sadowy, Connor Brown and Mitchell Stephens added the others.

Brandon Halverson picked up the win for the Greyhounds by stopping 10-of-13 shots in 33:38 of action. Joseph Raaymakers came on in relief and made 17 saves.

Saginaw's Evan Cormier gave up five goals on 12 shots and was relieved after one period of play. David Ovsjannikov kicked out 19-of-26 shots through the final two periods to take the loss.

Sault Ste. Marie went 2 for 6 on the power play while the Spirit scored once on six chances with the man advantage.
