OWEN SOUND, Ont. — Nick Suzuki scored on a power play 30 seconds into overtime to lift the Owen Sound Attack to a 5-4 victory over the visiting Sarnia Sting on Saturday in Ontario Hockey League action.

Petrus Palmu struck twice, including the tying goal 18:39 into the third, and added an assist for the Attack (10-8-0). Nick Pryce also had two goals and Suzuki chipped in with two helpers.

Anthony Salinitri opened the scoring for Sarnia (11-5-2) with a short-handed goal 7:48 into the first period. Adam Ruzicka found the back twice and Kevin Pinozzi also scored.

Michael McNiven stopped 28 shots for the win. Justin Fazio made 45 saves in the losing effort.

Owen Sound was 3 for 8 on the power play while the Sting failed to score on five chances with the man advantage.

STORM 5 67'S 2

OTTAWA — Givani Smith tied the game late in the second period, then scored the go-ahead goal early in the third to lead Guelph over the 67's.

Garrett McFadden, with a goal and an assist, Dmitri Samorukov and Liam Stevens rounded out the offence for the Storm (7-8-3), who rallied with five straight goals to erase a 2-0 deficit. Isaac Ratcliffe had three assists.

Drake Rymsha and Sasha Chmelevski scored for Ottawa (6-9-2).

OTTERS 7 RANGERS 3

ERIE, Pa. — Alex DeBrincat scored two goals and assisted on three more to power the Otters over Kitchener.

Taylor Raddysh struck twice and added two helpers for Erie (13-3-1), which has picked up points in 13 straight games, and Kyle Maksimovich had a goal and three assists. Mitchell Byrne and Darren Raddysh supplied the rest of the offence.

Elijah Roberts, with two, and Darby Llewellyn scored for the Rangers (10-6-1), who have lost three straight.

FLINT, Mich. — Hayden Verbeek's goal late in the first period stood as the winner as Sault Ste. Maried topped the Firebirds.

Zachary Senyshyn, Morgan Frost and Calvin Martin also scored for the Greyhounds (11-6-1), all in the first period. Bobby MacIntyre added an empty-netter late in the third.

Nicholas Caamano scored twice and Ryan Moore added a goal and an assist for Flint (9-8-1).

WOLVES 4 STEELHEADS 3 (SO)

SUDBURY, Ont. — Chandler Yakimowicz scored the decisive shootout goal as the Wolves handed Mississauga its fifth straight loss.

Dmitry Sokolov scored two power-play goals in regulation for Sudbury (9-7-1), with his second tying the game 3-3 midway through the third period. Alan Lyszczarczyk scored a power-play goal in the first.

Marcus Dickerson, Shawn Boomhower and Michael McLeod all scored within the first five minutes of the third period to give the Steelheads (5-7-4) a short-lived lead.

SPIRIT 4 COLTS 2

SAGINAW, Mich. — Tye Felhaber scored the eventual winner 9:43 into the third period and tacked on an assist less than three minutes earlier as the Spirit doubled up Barrie.

Mitchell Stephens, Matthew Kreis and Hayden Hodgson, into an empty net, rounded out the offence for Saginaw (3-10-3).

Aidan Brown and Lucas Chiodo scored for the Colts (6-9-2), who have dropped three in a row.
