NORTH BAY, Ont. — Adam Thilander was the lone scorer in the shootout as the North Bay Battalion edged the Barrie Colts 4-3 on Sunday in Ontario Hockey League action.

Zach Poirier, Brett Hargrave and Steve Harland all scored in regulation time for North Bay (12-9-2). Mat Woroniuk made 17 saves for the win.

Cordell James and Kade Landry had power-play goals for Barrie (7-13-3), with James adding another while shorthanded. Goalie David Ovsjannikov stopped 34 shots.

The Battalion were 1 for 5 on the power play and the Colts went 2 for 5.

RANGERS 6 STORM 3

KITCHENER, Ont. — Toronto Maple Leafs prospect Jeremy Bracco scored twice to lead the Rangers past Guelph.

Nick McHugh had the eventual winner in the second period as Kitchener (14-7-1) won its third straight. Giovanni Vallati, Adam Mascherin and Greg Meireles rounded out the attack.

Givani Smith, Jake Bricknell and Matt Hotchkiss supplied the offence for the Storm (8-12-3).

WOLVES 5 FRONTENACS 3

SUDBURY, Ont. — Ryan Valentini struck twice for the Wolves, who toppled Kingston.

David Levin's power-play goal was the winner for Sudbury (10-12-1), while Owen Lane and Macauley Carson also scored.

Linus Nyman had a pair of goals for the Frontenacs (9-12-1) and Ryan Cranford also found the back of the net.

LONDON, Ont. — Brandon Crawley scored 1:53 into overtime to lift the Knights over Windsor.

Max Jones and Olli Juolevi both scored in the third period to force extra time as London (16-3-3) stretched its win streak to six games.

Julius Nattinen struck twice for the Spitfires (14-4-3), who kept their nine-game point streak alive.
