Kramer leads Dutch sweep of men's 5,000M speed skating

Sven Kramer of the Netherlands won gold in the men's 5,000-metre speed skating race to lead a Dutch sweep Saturday at the 2014 Winter Olympics at Sochi, Russia.

Kramer posted an Olympic-record time of 6:10.76. 

Jan Blokhuijsen took silver with a time of 6:15.71 and Jorrit Bergsma followed with 6:16.66 for bronze.

Mathieu Giroux of Pointe-aux-Trembles, Que., finished 22nd with a time of of 6:35.77.
