SOCHI, Russia -- Canada has won men's curling gold with a 9-3 win over Britain.

Brad Jacobs and his Sault Ste. Marie, Ont., team took control of the game early.

They scored three in the third and stole one point in the fourth for a 6-1 lead.

It's double curling gold for Canada in Sochi after Winnipeg's Jennifer Jones won the women's event.

Three different Canadian men's teams have won three straight Olympic titles.

Ryan Fry plays third for Canada, while second E.J. Harnden and lead Ryan Harnden are brothers.
