GREEN BAY, Wis. - Packers cornerback Sam Shields will miss his second straight game because of a concussion when Green Bay faces the Arizona Cardinals on Sunday.

Quinten Rollins figures to join fellow rookie Damarious Randall in the starting lineup again to replace Shields in a game that could impact NFC playoff seeding.

The Packers' banged-up offensive line could also be without David Bakhtiari after the starting left tackle's status was downgraded to doubtful after Saturday's practice because of an ankle injury. Green Bay also said backup tight end Justin Perillo would miss the Cardinals game with a hamstring injury.

Perillo will likely be replaced by veteran Andrew Quarless, who returned to the active roster this week after spending two months on injured reserve with a sprained left knee.
