Patriots sign K Gostkowski to four-year deal
The New England Patriots reached a four-year contract extension with Stephen Gostkowski on Wednesday, which reportedly will make the 31-year-old the highest paid kicker in the NFL. According to ESPN, Gostkowski signed a four-year, $17.2 million contract that replaced his one-year, $4.5 million franchise tender.

According to ESPN, Gostkowski signed a four-year, $17.2 million contract that replaced his one-year, $4.5 million franchise tender.
Gostkowski went 35 for 37 on field-goal attempts last season, and has led the NFL in field goals in each of the last two years.
