Each night during the Stanley Cup Playoffs, former NHL goaltender Jamie McLennan provides his Post 2 Post rankings for every goaltender in action. Each goaltender will receive a score out of five based on their performance.

Ducks 2, Blackhawks 1

Frederik Andersen - 5 – Andersen was sharp early on scrambles with three huge saves on Toews, Versteeg and Saad with the glove. Great pushes laterally taking away the ice, in control all night long with his rebounds, and slammed the door shut when Chicago had a push at the end with a huge save on Hossa. He has been a massive factor in the Ducks success every night; was visibly frustrated after the team’s loss in Game 2 and came back with vengeance on the road.

Corey Crawford – 4 – He wasn’t tested too much in the first, but did have big saves on Perry and Kesler, and then and Silfverberg early in the third. Depres’ goal was a movement goal where he had to commit to the screen shot and picked it up late. The Ducks continued to jam up the front of the net and get as much traffic in from of him as possible with the double screen; it worked on both goals Thursday.
