RIMOUSKI, Que. — Tyler Boland scored a had trick and Alexandre Grise tacked on two more goals to lead the Rimouski Oceanic over the Sherbrooke Phoenix 7-2 on Friday night in Quebec Major Junior Hockey League action.

Simon Bourque had a goal and two assists with Denis Mikhnin adding the other for Rimouski (13-14-1). Alexandre Lagace made 30 saves.

Hugo Roy and Yaroslav Alexeyev found the back of the net for the Phoenix (10-15-3). Justin Blanchette took the loss after turning aside 19-of-25 shots in 49:29. William Giroux played the rest of the game and made seven saves.

The Oceanic were scoreless on four power plays while Sherbrooke was 1 for 4.

BATHURST, N.B. — Daniil Miromanov had two goals and an assist as the Titan got past Val-d'Or.

Jeffrey Truchon-Viel scored once and added two helpers for Acadie-Bathurst (13-14-2). Christophe Boivin and Rodrigo Abols also chipped in and Simon Boudreault-Belzile made 23 saves.

Maxim Mizyurin struck twice with Mathieu Nadeau adding the other for the Foreurs (13-14-2). Dereck Baribeau turned aside 34-of-38 shots.

MONCTON, N.B. — Dominik Tmej stopped all 31 shots he faced and Lane Cormier scored the winner on the power play as the Wildcats blanked Cape Breton.

Mika Cyr, Kevin Klima and Jeremy McKenna, into an empty net, rounded out the attack for Moncton (10-17-0).

Kyle Jessiman kicked out 19-of-22 shots for the Screaming Eagles (13-13-3).

CHARLOTTETOWN — Chris Chaddock scored the only goal of the shootout and Matthew Welsh stopped 35 shots through regulation and overtime as the Islanders edged Rouyn-Noranda for their fourth straight win.

Keith Getson and Filip Chlapik scored within 43 seconds of each other in the second period to give Charlottetown (17-10-1) a two-goal advantage.

Jean-Christophe Beaudin, shorthanded, and Philippe Myers, on the power play, responded for the Huskies (18-6-4). Charles-Antoine Poirier-Turcot made 25 saves in net.

BOISBRIAND, Que. — Alexandre Goulet had a hat trick and James Povall stopped 34 shots as Victoriaville toppled the Armada.

Mathieu Ayotte and Ivan Kosorenkov also chipped in for the Tigres (14-11-4).

Alexandre Alain, Brock Perry and Shaun Miller supplied the offence for Blainville-Boisbriand (18-7-3). Jacob Stewart took the loss by turning away 12-of-14 shots in 49:08 of relief. Francis Leclerc started but was pulled after allowing three goals on seven shots.
