HALIFAX - Eric Brassard stopped all 31 shots he faced as the Halifax Mooseheads shut out the Quebec Remparts 2-0 on Thursday in Quebec Major Junior Hockey League action.

Connor Moynihan scored the power-play winner for Halifax (15-23-6) with 45 seconds left in regulation time. Andrew Shewfelt then added an empty-net goal 26 seconds later for some insurance.

Callum Booth made 22 saves on 23 shots for Quebec (23-16-4), which has lost four straight.

The Mooseheads went 1 for 2 on the power play, while the Remparts could not score on their three man advantages.
