DRUMMONDVILLE, Que. - Timo Meier had two goals and two assists as the Rouyn-Noranda Huskies continued their winning ways with a 7-3 victory over the Drummondville Voltigeurs on Friday night in Quebec Major Junior Hockey League action.

Antoine Waked, Nikolas Brouillard, Julien Nantel, Anthony-John Greer and Gabriel Fontaine supplied the rest of the offence for the Huskies (53-9-5), who won their 13th in a row. Jeremy Lauzon tacked on three assists.

Alex Barre-Boulet provided the offence for Drummondville (27-38-2) by scoring a hat trick.

Chase Marchand made 17 saves for the win in net. Anthony Dumont-Bouchard turned away 17-of-22 shots in 30:39 in defeat. Frederic Foulem stopped 11 shots in relief.

Rouyn-Noranda was 1 for 4 on the power play while the Voltigeurs were scoreless on their lone attempt.

CHARLOTTETOWN — Kameron Kielly scored 18 seconds into the first period as the Islanders held on to beat Acadie-Bathurst for their sixth straight win.

Filip Rydstrom and Nicolas Leblond also found the back of the net in the first for Charlottetown (34-26-7).

Vladimir Kuznetsov, on the power play, and Antoine Morand had goals for the Titan (26-35-6).

SYDNEY, N.S. — Pierre-Luc Dubois scored twice and added two assists as the Screaming Eagles downed Saint John.

Sam Povorozniouk and Jordan King chipped in for the Sea Dogs (42-19-6).

MONCTON, N.B. — Vincent Watt struck twice and Otto Somppi had a goal and two assists as Halifax toppled the Wildcats.
