DRUMMONDVILLE, Que. — Pavel Koltygin scored twice to lead the Drummondville Voltigeurs past the Baie-Comeau Drakkar 6-2 on Monday in Quebec Major Junior Hockey League action.

Mathieu Sevigny scored the eventual winner for Drummondville (3-1-1) at the 12:47 mark of the first period. Matthew Newbury, Joey Ratelle and Marc-Olivier Duquette chipped in as well. Olivier Rodrigue made 23 saves for the win.

Ivan Chekhovich and Yan Aucoin replied for Baie-Comeau (1-3-1). Antoine Samuel stopped 9-of-13 shots before Koltygin's second goal chased him from net 14:37 into the game. Bo Taylor turned aside 19-of-21 shots in relief.

The Voltigeurs were 1 for 4 on the power play and the Drakkar 0 for 2.
