QMJHL: Sea Dogs beat Screaming Eagles in Game 2
Rookie Joe Veleno scored his second goal of the game 7:35 into overtime as the Saint John Sea Dogs edged the Cape Breton Screaming Eagles 4-3 in Game 2 of their second round Quebec Major Junior Hockey League series.

SAINT JOHN, N.B. - Rookie Joe Veleno scored his second goal of the game 7:35 into overtime as the Saint John Sea Dogs edged the Cape Breton Screaming Eagles 4-3 in Game 2 of their second round Quebec Major Junior Hockey League series.
Sam Povorozniouk gave the Sea Dogs a 2-0 lead with a pair of first-period goals, including once on the power play. Veleno tied the game at 3-3 at 13:57 of the third for Saint John, which evened the series 1-1.
Michael Joly, Yannik Bertrand and Pierre-Luc Dubois supplied the offence for the Screaming Eagles.
Marc-Antoine Turcotte made 26 saves for the win in net as Alexandre Belanger turned away 38-of-42 shots in defeat.
The Sea Dogs were 1 for 6 on the power play while Cape Breton was scoreless on five chances.
