Milos Raonic looks to punch his ticket to the Wimbledon semifinals as he faces Sam Querrey in the quarterfinals Wednesday.

The Canadian will be looking to build on the momentum of his fourth round victory over 11th seed Belgian David Goffin. In that match, Raonic achieved something he’s never accomplished before in his entire career. He came back from two sets to none down to stay alive in the tournament.

This comeback wouldn’t have been possible without his greatest weapon, the serve. He blasted 22 aces in the match with Goffin to bring his total to 101 at the All England Club so far during the 2016 event.

Speaking of momentum, Sam Querrey doesn’t need to borrow any from his opponent.

The American defeated the seemingly unbeatable World No.1 Novak Djokovic in the third round. Before this tournament, the 28-year-old had never made it past the second round at Wimbledon, now he’s in the quarterfinals as the man that stopped Djokovic’s Grand Slam streak.

With a win, Raonic would qualify for his second Wimbledon semifinal in three years and his second at a Grand Slam tournament this year, having also reached the final four at the Australian Open. The only other Canadian male to make the semifinals at this tournament was Robert Powell in 1908.

Querrey has the lead in the career series over Raonic at 2-1, but the 25-year-old Canadian took the most recent meeting between the two at the 2013 Pacific Coast Championship in San Jose where he defeated his American opponent in the semifinals, in straight sets.

The winner of this match will face either Roger Federer or Marin Cilic in the semifinals.
