Eighth-seeded Milos Raonic looks to book a spot in the quarterfinals this evening when he faces 12th-seeded Spaniard Feliciano Lopez in the fourth round of the Australian Open.

The 24-year-old Raonic made quick work of Germany's Benjamin Becker on Saturday with a 6-4, 6-3, 6-3 victory. The Thornhill, Ont., native hit 46 winners, including 22 aces, and converted five of his 14 break point opportunities.

Lopez reached the fourth round with a 7-6 (8-6), 6-4, 7-6 (7-3) victory over Poland's Jerzy Janowicz.

Raonic and Lopezs have split their four previous meetings, Lopez winning their last encounter at the Rogers Cup in three sets last summer.

In other action tonight, fourth seed and defending champion Stan Wawrinka takes on Spain's Guillermo Garcia-Lopez and top seeded Novak Djokovic of Serbia faces Luxembourgish's Gilles Muller.

Also on the court this evening is top seed Serena and No. 18 seed Venus Williams. Serena faces 24th seed Garbine Muguruza of Spain, while Venus takes on  sixth seed Agnieszka Radwanska of Poland. This is the first time Venus has reached the round of 16 at a major since Wimbledon 2011.
