A game the Toronto Raptors led through three quarters turned into a shot-for-shot nail-biter in the fourth, but they earned a narrow 104-100 victory over the Phoenix Suns at the Air Canada Centre Monday night.

Jonas Valanciunas had a game-high 27 points, piling on 11 rebounds for a double-double.

The win extends the Raptors winning streak to five games.

Toronto improves to 12-2 and remains comfortably atop the Atlantic Division with 5-8 Brooklyn in second place.
