The Ottawa Redblacks will be without star receiver Chris Williams for the remainder of the year.

According to TSN 1200's AJ Jakubec, Williams has a torn ACL and will miss the remainder of the season.

Through 14 games with the Redblacks this season, Williams has 77 receptions for 1,246 yards and 10 touchdowns.

In other Redblacks news, Jakubec reported Henry Burris took all the first team reps in practice and is expected to start Week 17 against the Hamilton Tiger-Cats.

There could be a lot of new players on the field Friday night at Tim Hortons Field.
