Despite back-to-back blowout losses, the Jacksonville Jaguars appear to be standing by Gus Bradley.

According to Mike DiRocco of ESPN, Jaguars owner Shad Khan is not planning on making a coaching change after the team’s 38-22 loss to the Tennessee Titans Thursday night.

The Jaguars are 2-5 and Thursday’s loss marked the team’s third double-digit loss of the year.

Bradley joined the Jaguars ahead of the 2013 season and owns a 14-41 career record with the team – his win percentage sits at just .255.

His best season came last year when the team finished 5-11, third in the AFC South. Following that result, the 50-year-old signed a one-year contract extension through the 2017 season in January of this year.

Prior to joining the Jaguars, Bradley spent four seasons as the defensive coordinator of the Seattle Seahawks.
