New York Jets head coach Rex Ryan has already begun cleaning out his office with the expectation that he'll be fired on Monday.

According to ESPN, Ryan thinks he'll be let go by the team he's coached for the past six seasons following New York's final game Sunday afternoon on the road against the Miami Dolphins.

Ryan, 52, appeared in back-to-back AFC championship games over his first two seasons with the Jets, but has failed to make the post-season since. The Jets are 3-12 this season and sit in last place in the AFC East.

General manager John Idzik could be fired as well by owner Woody Johnson on Monday morning.
