Thon Maker is reportedly staying in high school for one more year.

According to CBS Sports the Sudnaese-born power forward - who is considered one of the top high school prospects in North America - will return to Orangeville District Secondary School for the coming season.

"I'll make it official here that I'm definitely going to stay and just play it out, take my visits in November, and play another year with my brother," Maker told reporters in Virginia after participating in the NBPA Top 100 Camp. "So I'm definitely going to stay in 2016."

Maker had previously stated that he could pursue December graduation in order to be eligible for the collegiate fall term.

The seven-foot-one Maker is a teammate of Kitchener, Ont.'s Jamal Murray at Orangeville D.S.S.
