Delmon Young appears to be returning to Baltimore.

According to MLB.com the Orioles have agreed to a one-year deal with the outfielder/designated hitter.

The deal is believed to be worth a base rate of $2.25 million with incentives that could bring the deal up to $3 million, per MLB.com.

Young, 29, hit .302 with seven home runs and 30 runs batted-in in 83 games with the Orioles in 2014.

In 1,066 career games with the Orioles, Minnesota Twins, Tampa Bay (Devil) Rays, Detroit Tigers and Philadelphia Phillies, Young has hit 107 home runs and 550 RBI with a .283 average.

The first overall pick in the 2003 MLB Draft, Young has moved around a good deal since 2011. Starting with his trade from the Twins to the Tigers, he has signed four different free agent contracts with three different teams in addition to being released by the Phillies in 2013.

He won the 2012 American League Championship Series Most Valuable Player Award, after hitting .353 with two home runs and 6 RBI in the Tigers' four-game sweep of the New York Yankees.
