Green Bay Packers tight end Jared Cook’s ankle injury may not be as serious as first feared.

According to a report from ESPN, Cook is expected to miss some time for his ankle injury, but the injury isn’t expected to end his season.

Cook left the Packers’ 34-27 win over the Detroit Lions Sunday on crutches and in a walking boot, but the Packers are now determining whether Cook will only miss one game or multiple games, according to ESPN.

Cook limped off the field in the second quarter Sunday after getting tied up with Lions’ safety Rafael Bush and did not return.

Cook has six catches for 53 yards so far this season.
