The Saskatchewan Roughriders added five players to their practice roster Monday, including Ian Seau, nephew to the late Junior Seau.

Ian Seau is a defensive lineman from the University of Nevada who played three seasons with the Wolf Pack.

Seau collected 43 tackles and 10 sacks for Nevada as a senior last year and finished his three-year collegiate career with 106 tackles and 18 sacks.

Seau attended Los Angeles Rams training camp this summer but was cut ahead of the NFL regular season.

The Roughriders also signed defensive back Larry Raper, defensive lineman Devaunte Sigler, offensive lineman Aundrey Walker, and running back Jordan Wilson-Ross to their practice roster.

Defensive backs Derrius Brooks and Demetrice Morley, and running back Josh Robinson were released by the team.
