MEGEVE, France -- American Patrick Deneen again beat Canada's Mikael Kingsbury to win a World Cup dual moguls event on Sunday, while Canadian teen Justine Dufour-Lapointe secured her first victory of the season in the women's event.

Kingsbury's defeat made little impact on his huge lead over Deneen in the moguls standings.

Deneen also beat Kingsbury last week to win the dual moguls in Are, Sweden but Kingsbury pulled clear with six straight moguls wins earlier this season.

Canada's Marc-Antoine Gagnon took third place.

Dufour-Lapointe, who turns 18 next week, beat Japan's Miki Ito, with Chloe Dufour-Lapointe -- Justine's older sister -- in third.

American star Hannah Kearney, skiing's all-discipline record-holder with 16 consecutive World Cup victories, was fifth.
