NEW YORK -- The Montreal Impact's away game against the Los Angeles Galaxy originally scheduled for April 6 has been postponed until Oct. 16 because of the CONCACAF Champions League.
The change was needed because the Galaxy are scheduled to play Monterrey in a two-legged Champions League semifinal beginning April 3 at home and concluding April 10 in Mexico.
The Seattle Sounders are also in the Champions League against Mexican side Santos Laguna on April 2 and April 9.
Seattle's MLS game with Chivas USA, originally scheduled for April 7, will now be played on Sept. 4.
