The big moves continue for Toronto FC as they are reportedly on the verge of signing Roma and U.S. International midfielder Michael Bradley.

ESPN soccer analysts Taylor Twellman and Alexi Lalas are both reporting that the 26-year-old Serie A star will join Tottenham striker Jermain Defoe as the latest huge signing Toronto FC has made from a European soccer club this off-season.

The Princeton, New Jersey native played for the U.S. national team at the 2010 World Cup in South Africa and has also played for MetroStars in the MLS as well as Heerenveen, Borussia Monchengladbach and Chievo Verona.

Maple Leafs Sports & Entertainment CEO Tim Leiweke and Toronto FC general manager Tim Bezbatchenko have also added designated player Gilberto from Brazil this winter as they attempt to remake a franchise that has not qualified for the playoffs during its seven-season existence.
