Toronto FC's Jordan Hamilton is set to make a loan move to join C.D. Trofense of the Portuguese Segunda Liga, their second division.

The Canadian forward scored his first goal for his club in Toronto FC's 3-2 loss to Barclays Premier League side Tottenham Hotspur on Wednesday.

After that game, Hamilton was pleased with his performance in the international match.

"I hope I have a lot more and a lot bigger ones," said Hamilton on Wednesday.  "It was just a friendly but it was great to score my first goal for Toronto,"

The 18-year-old Toronto native signed with the club from the Toronto FC Academy.
