Stars' Roussel fined for sucker punch
Dallas Stars forward Antoine Roussel was fined $5,376.34 Monday for punching an unsuspecting opponent during Saturday's game against San Jose.

New York, NY (SportsNetwork.com) - Dallas Stars forward Antoine Roussel was fined $5,376.34 Monday for punching an unsuspecting opponent during Saturday's game against San Jose.
Roussel was fined the maximum amount under the collective bargaining agreement after he was given a game misconduct for running over San Jose netminder Alex Stalock and then preceding to punch unaware defenseman Justin Braun in an ensuing scrum at 18:51 of the third period.
The 24-year-old has tallied four goals and four assists through 14 games this season.
