Philadelphia, PA (Sports Network) - Zach Johnson won the rain-delayed BMW Championship by a pair of strokes on Monday and, in the process, jumped 12 positions to No. 12 in this week's world golf rankings.

Tiger Woods remained in first place and was again followed by Adam Scott, Phil Mickelson, Rory McIlroy, Justin Rose, Henrik Stenson, Matt Kuchar and Brandt Snedeker.

Steve Stricker and Jason Dufner swapped positions, with the former rising to No. 9, while Graeme McDowell held firm at No. 11.

Jim Furyk, who shot 59 during the second round of the BMW Championship, moved up a pair of spots to sit behind Johnson at No. 13. Furyk supplanted Luke Donald, who dropped one place to 14th, while Keegan Bradley fell three spots to 15th.

Jason Day jumped one place to 16th, Lee Westwood fell from 14th to 17th and Sergio Garcia and Charl Schwartzel remained in 18th and 19th, respectively.

Ian Poulter fell four positions, but stayed inside the top 20 on the number.
