Montreal Canadiens forward George Parros was back on the ice Wednesday, four days after suffering his second concussion of the season.

Parros skated alone prior to the Canadiens' practice.

"He's feeling really good, so that's a good sign," head coach Michel Therrien said following the skate.

Parros was stunned by a pair of late punches in a fight with Eric Boulton of the New York Islanders in Montreal's 1-0 overtime road win on Saturday. Parros was wobbly getting to his feet, but skated off the ice on his own power.

He didn't return to the game and hasn't played since.

Parros missed the first month of season after a fight with Colton Orr of the Toronto Maple Leafs on opening night. Parros was knocked unconscious after the tussle -- their second of the game. He fell hard on his chin while attempting to punch Orr, who was tugging at Parros' jersey.
