The Owen Sound Attack opened the new Ontario Hockey League season right where they left off in 2007-08 - and not in a good way.

Matthew Lyall scored 4:18 into overtime as the Sault Ste. Marie Greyhounds rallied to beat the Attack 6-5 Saturday, extending an Owen Sound winless drought that has spanned more than 7 1/2 months.

Lyall's goal came on a Greyhounds power play after Owen Sound defenceman Paul Bezzo was given a delay-of-game penalty at 3:57 of the extra period.

James Livingston's hat trick led the way for Sault Ste. Marie (1-0-1-0), which rallied from a 4-1 second-period deficit. Lyall finished with a goal and two assists, while Jordan Carroll and Jordan Nolan each added singles.
