John Tavares and his agent, Pat Brisson are expected to speak to the Oshawa Generals on Tuesday to discuss the possibility of trade.

Tavares has a no-trade clause, but is willing to listen to all of the options, which according to Brisson includes staying with the Generals.

It's believed both the Windsor Spitfires and the London Knights have made offers in an attempt to the OHL star forward to their lineups before Fridays trade deadline.

Tavares leads the World Junior Hockey Championship in scoring with eight goals and 14 points, one better than teammate Cody Hodgson.
