The Montreal Alouettes have signed Acadia Axemen quarterback Kyle Graves.
The native of Barrie, Ont. was the Atlantic University Sport's most outstanding player in 2011 and was a finalist for the CIS player of the year.
Graves joins McMaster's Kyle Quinlan as the second CIS quarterback the Alouettes have signed in the last week.
Both players have CIS eligibility remaining, so both have the option of returning to school should they not make the Alouettes roster.
An AUS all-star at both quarterback and punter, Graves accumulated 1,856 passing yards, 179 rushing yards and 17 touchdowns to go along with a punting average of 36.7 in 2011.
