While the club awaits final approval on their moster 12-man trade, the Toronto Blue Jays are reportedly close to hiring their next manager.

According to an ESPN.com report, Jim Tracy and Jim Riggleman are two of the final names in the running for position left by John Farrell.

Tracy managed the Colorado Rockies last season, but resigned after the club posted a 64-98 record.  In over 11 seasons as a manager with the Los Angeles Dodgers, Pittsburgh Pirates and Rockies, Tracy has an 856-880 record.

Riggleman last managed the Washington Nationals in June 2011, but he left the club after the club would not discuss a contract extension.

Riggleman, who has been managing the Reds Double-A affiliate, has a 622-824 career record in over 12 seasons with the San Diego Padres, Chicago Cubs, Seattle Mariners and Nationals.
