Toronto Rock defender Chris White has been suspended one game by the National Lacrosse League.

The suspension is the result of a hit in the first quarter of Saturday's game in Rochester against the Knighthawks. There was no penalty originally assessed on the play.

The Professional Lacrosse Players Association has appealed the suspension and White will be able to play until the appeal is heard.

The Rock's next game is Saturday in Buffalo against the Bandits.
